当你看到让你感觉很厉害的经验想法时，别忘了你已拥有的才是最重要的

这是一篇我冥想后的感悟。

感想：在练习“ChitShakti-平静”冥想时，想象自己的头脑是一面平静的镜子，照出了所有的幻想，然后想了想自己昨天看到的各种有关工作方面的信息，分析了哪些是事实，哪些是幻想，然后再想了想我自己所做的事情，发现昨天自己在工作中丢失了主次，也就是说我原本所做事情所需的信息观点已经足够我做好现在的工作了，但昨天我看了在该方面取的成绩比我好的前辈的经验观点后，我的头脑感觉我也可以像他们一样，或者说，我也渴望像他一样，于是我的头脑被诱惑，暂时性的离开了原本的状态，变得有点急切，想试试他们的观点方法等等。于是当天看了后我丢失了自己原本的状态，忘却了我原本自己的知识经验方法已经足够我做好事情了。

在冥想时，我逐渐意识到了哪些是我真正需要的，哪些是其次，而我要做的是把我已经磨炼好的、适合我的工作方法放回主位，在选择性的吸收接纳其他知识信息，而不是完全不顾自己原本已经有的。这样做时，下次再看到做的比我厉害的人分享时，我不会迷失了自己，而是在自己的方法外扩展边界。

然后还有一点是，我的方法已经做的够好了，就不用扩展加入别人的观点方法了，保持自己的方法，形成自己的风格就足矣，加入别人的方法可能会自乱阵脚，造成不必要的损失，昨天的工作状态就是这样的例子。所以在这次冥想中，当“我的头脑成了世间绝对静止的化身”时，让我更加清晰的分辨出了哪些影响了我，哪些才是我需要的，哪些是无关的，也更加稳固的形成了“稳固的自我”这个容器，自我也变得越来越高效的能容纳更多东西。当你清晰的知道时，清晰会带领你穿越一切，而无需任何勇气。
